On March 7, 2023, Barley Inc. secured US$4 million of Seed financing . This funding consisted of two tranches; a US$2.5 million simple agreement for future equity and US$1.5 million extension. The tranches were led by Golden Ventures and the extension had participation from Union Capital. The company plans to utilize this funding to strengthen their produce development and market plans.

Barley Inc. is a Toronto based compensation management platform that enables companies to analyze and manage compensation decisions.
