On March 14, 2019, CAE Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of Bombardier’s Business Aircraft Training (BAT) business for an enterprise value of US$645 million. This acquisition increases CAE’s ability to address the long-term and growing market demand for business aviation professionals.

CAE Inc. is a Canadian manufacturer of simulation technologies, modelling technologies and training services to airlines, aircraft manufacturers, healthcare specialists, and defense customers, with training facilities in 35 countries.

Bombardier Inc., is a multinational aerospace and transportation company based in Montréal.
