On March 30, 2023, CNH Industrial entered into an agreement to purchase Hemisphere GNSS for $175 million from Beijing UniStrong Science & Technology Co., Ltd. This acquisition will allow for CNH Industrial to improve their automation in both its agriculture and construction businesses. Hemisphere GNSS will provide the use of application-specific integrated circuit chips, circuit boards, radio frequency signal processing, navigation algorithms and satellite-based correction designs, which in turn will result in technical advancement.

Hemisphere GNSS is a designer of satellite navigation systems.

Beijing UniStrong Science & Technology Co., Ltd., based in China focuses on research, development, and manufacturing of satellite navigation products.
