In October 2017, Osler acted for Corus Entertainment Inc. (“Corus”) in its proposed agreement to sell French-language specialty channels Historia and Séries+ to Bell Media Inc. (“Bell Media”) for approximately $200 million.

The increased financial flexibility that this transaction provides will enable Corus to accelerate its transformation into an industry-leading integrated media and content company.
