On June 10, 2019, The Descartes Systems Group Inc. announced the completion of its USD$244 million common share offering in Canada and the United States.

Descartes is a global leader in uniting logistics-intensive businesses in commerce and specializes in logistics software, supply chain management software and cloud-based services for logistics.
