On April 10, 2026, Dream Summit Industrial LP completed a private placement of $250-million aggregate principal amount of 3.959% senior unsecured debentures. The debentures were offered on an agency basis by a syndicate of agents led by RBC Dominion Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc. and TD Securities Inc.
