On April 21, 2026, Dream Industrial REIT completed a private placement of $200-million aggregate principal amount of 4.150% senior unsecured debentures. The debentures were offered on an agency basis by a syndicate of agents led by TD Securities Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., RBC Dominion Securities Inc., CIBC World Markets Inc. and National Bank Financial Inc.

Dream Industrial REIT is a real estate investment trust specialized in geographically diversified industrial properties.
