Osler advised the Foresight Cleantech Accelerator Centre on its business combination with The Alberta Clean Technology Industry Association (ACTia). This combination accelerates the transition to a green economy and positions Canada as a global leader in cleantech. ACTia will be known as Foresight Alberta as of September 2021. This combination of organizations is a natural evolution of a close working relationship between the two groups over several years.
The Osler team on the transaction consisted of Mark Longo (Emerging and High Growth Companies), Lindsay Hofer (Corporate), and Stephan Pacholok (articling student). Mark Longo is a founding Director of Foresight and currently serves as Chair of the Audit Committee.
