On November 27, 2017, Trend Micro Incorporated (“Trend Micro”) announced its acquisition of immun.io Inc. (“immun.io”).
This acquisition, along with Trend Micro’s in-house development, will increase automated protection against software vulnerabilities that Trend Micro can provide throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
immun.io is a Montreal-based company and is a real-time web application security system (RASP). immun.io provides effective methods to ensure that customers are alerted when important security events are triggered, and that threats are dealt proactively.
Trend Micro is a global leader in cybersecurity solutions that develops internet content security software and services for businesses and consumers.
