Les Studios Moment Factory Inc. in connection with a debt and equity financing from CDPQ Fixed Income II Inc. and CDP Investments Inc.

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP represented Les Studios Moment Factory Inc. (“Moment Factory”), in connection with a subordinated loan granted by CDP Investissements Inc. (“CDP”) to Moment Factory, a senior loan from CDPQ Revenu Fixe II Inc. to a subsidiary of Moment Factory and a capital investment by CDP in this Moment Factory subsidiary. Moment Factory is a Montréal-based multimedia entertainment studio specializing in the conception and production of immersive environments that combine video, lighting, architecture, animation, sound and special effects to create remarkable visitor experiences. With its headquarters based in Montréal, the studio also has offices in Los Angeles, London and Paris.
