Momentum Minerals Ltd. in its merger with IM Exploration Inc.

On July 6, 2021, Momentum Minerals Ltd. and IM Exploration Inc. completed their previously announced merger transaction. The transaction was completed by way of a three-cornered amalgamation under the Business Corporation Act (British Columbia) among IM, Momentum and IM Subco.

IM Exploration is a mineral exploration company focused on developing the Toiyabe – Turquoise Canyon combined land package in the Cortez Hills area of Lander County, Nevada. The Company is also advancing the Mulloy Project in Northern Ontario.

Momentum Minerals is a private mining exploration company incorporated in British Columbia and headquartered in Vancouver.
