On December 19, 2023, Pagefreezer Software Inc. announced that it acquired the X1 Social Discovery Solution product from X1 Discovery Inc. The acquisition was financed through a debt facility provided by BDC Capital. Through this acquisition, Pagefreezer Software Inc. aims to redefine the landscape of online evidence collection solutions.
Pagefreezer Software Inc. operates as a provider of online evidence collection, enterprise information archiving and compliance solutions for a multitude of industries including but not limited to legal, finance, telecom, retail, utilities, government, and education.
The X1 Social Discovery product allows for e-discovery and digital forensics professionals to collect digital evidence from various websites and social media sources.
