On March 20, 2025, Powerside announced that it had acquired Electrotek Concepts from GMC Instruments Group. This purchase is pursuant to Powerside’s recent growth capital raise to improve its market position and expand capabilities which now include both on-premise and cloud-based software solutions.

Powerside offers innovative products and solutions for power quality analysis and correction at the grid edge.
