Osler represented South32 in connection with its announced acquisition of Arizona Mining in an all-cash transaction valued at C$2.1 billion.

Arizona Mining is a mineral exploration and development company focused on the exploration and development of its 100 per cent owned zinc-lead-silver Hermosa Project located in Santa Cruz County, Arizona.
