On May 13, 2025, Veritree announced the successful closing of its $9.1-million (US$6.5-million) Series A financing round led by Vancouver’s Pender Ventures, with additional investments from Montréal-based Diagram Ventures and existing investors Garage Capital and Northside Ventures. Veritree plans to use the funding to accelerate roll out of its artificial intelligence monitoring and analysis features, develop integrations to enhance auditing and accessibility and move into new ecosystems across South America and Asia.
