On January 17, 2022, Vigil Health Solutions Inc. announced its $12.55 million acquisition by ABLOY Canada Inc., a subsidiary of the ASSA ABLOY Group. This all-cash transaction, which is expected to close in March of 2022, will allow the company to continue to focus on innovation and research and development, while broadening their product line and their team with the addition of ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions, Senior Care’s technology and employees.
