On March 11, 2020, Affinity announced its acquisition of Nudge.ai. The transaction grants Affinity Nudge.ai’s technology along with Nudge.ai’s intellectual property and most of its product and engineering teams. The acquisition will allow Affinity to accelerate its new relationship intelligence product. It also provides Affinity with its first international office, allowing it to continue expanding its operations and grow its technical team in Toronto.
