On August 18, 2020, Attabotics completed its US$50 million Series C financing round led by Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Board. The funding will be used to accelerate Attabotics’ commercial deployment, invest in new technologies and scale manufacturing operations. Attabotics’ supply chain product replaces the rows and aisles of traditional fulfillment centers with a storage structure and robotics shuttles, reducing warehouse needs by 85%.

Attabotics is a Calgary based 3D robotics supply chain company focused on selling, designing, manufacturing and implementing 3D supply chain systems that incorporate high density automated storage and retrieval systems with goods to person order fulfillment solutions.

Ontario Teacher’s Pension Plan Board is Canada’s largest single profession pension plan and holds a diverse global portfolio of assets.

Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP advised Attabotics with a team consisting of Chad Bayne, Justin Dharamdial, Kosta Starostin, Theresa Donkor (Emerging and High Growth Companies), Martha Martindale and Matthew Di Prata (Financial Services).
