On April 6, 2021, Chorus Aviation completed a $115 million bought deal public offering and concurrent $30 million private placement consisting of common shares, warrants and convertible debentures. The net proceeds of these transactions will be used in part to position Chorus to pursue growth opportunities, including purchasing additional aircraft, and repay indebtedness.
