William Heisey

Will is an associate in the Corporate Group of our Toronto office. Will’s practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Will has worked on a broad range of transactions for investment banks and companies across a number of industries, including automotive, aviation, mining, life sciences, financial services, energy, and telecommunications.

Prior to joining the firm, Will practiced in the capital markets groups at leading international law firms in New York and Toronto, with a particular focus on cross-border public and private offerings, as well as offerings under the Multijurisdictional Disclosure System.
