On March 11, 2021, Forma.ai announced it had completed its US$10 million Series A financing round. The funding was led by Crosslink Capital and will be used to scale Forma.ai’s engineering teams and allow the company to maintain its pace with mid-market and enterprise demand.
Forma.ai is a Toronto based software firm specializing in creating AI powered software focused on increasing sales and automating incentive compensation.
