On October 21, 2021, Fraction announced it had completed its $20 million Series A financing round led by QED Investors and included participation from Impression Ventures, Primetime Partners, Panache Ventures, Global Founders Capital and angel investors. The proceeds from the financing will be used to expand into the United States and develop product offerings including a new Loan Origination System.
