On April 3, 2017, Turnstyle Analytics Inc. and Yelp Inc. entered into a share purchase agreement pursuant to which Yelp acquired all of Turnstyle’s issued and outstanding securities for approximately US$20 million, paid in cash.
Turnstyle is a location-based marketing and analytics platform that provides Wi-Fi as a digital marketing tool to retain and reward customers.
