On December 3, 2019, Uberflip announced their acquisition of Boston-based SnapApp. The terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction will strengthen Uberflip’s capabilities for demand marketers on its platform by providing more insights on how to automate personalized content. Uberflip will also use SnapApp’s Boston office while they work on expanding their enterprise clientele globally.

Uberflip’s platform allows B2B marketers to create tailored content at scale. All blogs, social, and videos can be found on one platform, and users can receive insight into providing future content for readers.

SnapApp is an interactive content creation platform that allows marketers to build interactive experiences and deploy them across multiple channels. The platform helps users gain insights to personalize marketing and engagement with their audiences.
