- CCDC 5A – 2025 Construction Management Contract – for Services
- CCDC 5B – 2025 Construction Management Contract – for Services and Construction
- CCDC 17 – 2025 Stipulated Price Contract for Trade Contractors on Construction Management Projects
- CCDC 30 – 2025 Integrated Project Delivery Contract
