Allison is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, Allison obtained her BCom from the University of British Columbia, with a major in Accounting and concentration in Business Law.

During law school, she has been involved as a Senior Associate Editor for the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review. In addition, she served as the Vice-President, Diversity and Inclusion for the Business Law Society and the Vice-President of Finance for the Women and the Law Society. She has also provided academic support to first-year law students as an Academic Advisor for the University of Toronto’s Academic Success Program.
