Benjamin’s strong academic background in Public Policy, Governance, and Economics from Saint Francis Xavier University, complemented by extensive leadership roles and policy development experience in student government, has prepared him to contribute effectively in various legal settings, but primarily advocacy.
Through his volunteer work with Student Legal Services of Edmonton’s Criminal Law Project, he has gained hands-on experience assisting clients with court document review, legal research, and case preparation, working under the supervision of advising counsel. Benjamin has also developed skills in written and oral advocacy through mooting. This combination of academic rigour and practical exposure has equipped him to support a broad range of legal matters across different judicial forums.
