Betel Woldu

Betel has completed her second year of the JD program at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, Betel obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction from the University of Toronto, where she majored in Political Science and Public Policy.

During law school, Betel held positions as an Associate Editor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review, the President of the Black Law Students’ Association, and the 2L Representative at the International Law Society. She has also volunteered as a Student Researcher for the International Human Rights Program and a JD Program Ambassador for the Faculty.
