Emily has completed her third year of the BCL/JD program at McGill University Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, majoring in Political Science.
Last summer, Emily worked at a Toronto boutique litigation firm focused on bankruptcy and insolvency. The summer prior, she worked as a Legal Intern in the Corporate Compliance department at Scotiabank. Throughout law school, Emily has been heavily involved with Compass Legal Clinic where, as Co-Director, she helped launch the Investor Protection branch. She also supports first-year law students in her capacity as a Teaching Assistant and Advocacy Tutorial Leader.
