Jenna completed her Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Queen Mary, University of London (“QMUL”) in the United Kingdom prior to relocating to Canada and obtaining her certification from the National Committee on Accreditation (“NCA”).
Jenna also obtained a Master of Laws in Commercial Legal Practice (LL.M.) from BPP University, London and graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LL.B. Hons) from the University of Nottingham.
During her time at QMUL, Jenna volunteered as a Transatlantic Patent Project Researcher at qLegal, an award-winning service providing free legal advice, support and resources to entrepreneurs, startups and non-profits. Jenna also interned at the headquarters of a multinational major oil and gas company in London, working alongside in-house counsel and patent attorneys, as well as scientists and business development teams across multiple jurisdictions and time-zones, as Fuels’ Intellectual Property/Patents Intern. Upon settling in Vancouver, British Columbia, and whilst completing her NCA examinations, Jenna gained several years of practical Canadian legal experience working as a Paralegal in Osler’s Corporate and Emerging and High Growth Companies Practice Groups.
