Lauren is currently enrolled in the JD program at the University of Calgary. She is involved in the law school community as a Caseworker with Student Legal Assistance, an intramural sports player, and as a sub-committee member with the Society of Law Students.

Prior to law school, Lauren obtained her Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of Alberta and also received a Certificate in Biomedical Research from the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry.
