Nathan received his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and Rotman School of Management.
He previously obtained his Bachelor of Arts with honours from McGill University, where he studied Political Science and Philosophy. During his legal education, Nathan worked as a teaching assistant at the Rotman School of Management, a startup advisor at the University of Toronto Entrepreneurship Hatchery, and a summer law student at University Pension Plan Ontario.
Prior to law school, Nathan completed undergraduate internships in public affairs and government relations, including as a legislative assistant for a Member of Parliament in Ottawa, and as a public affairs specialist at CPP Investments.
