Alice is an associate in the Franchise and Distribution group. She maintains a broad commercial law practice with a focus on franchising, distribution and supply chain, technology, and consumer protection across a range of industries.
Alice obtained her joint Juris Doctor/Master of Health Administration from Dalhousie University. Prior to law school, she received an Honours Bachelor of Medical Sciences from Western University. During this time, she gained experience in clinical research at leading Canadian hospitals and in regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
Alice joined Osler as a summer student in 2023 and completed her articles with the firm in 2025.
