Aliza is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Group. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, and general corporate matters. Aliza completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Aliza worked at the head office of a leading children and family content production company as a Corporate Strategy Analyst.
Aliza joined Osler as a summer student in 2020 and completed her articles with the firm in 2022. In 2021, Aliza completed a secondment at Scotiabank.
Aliza is a contributor to Osler’s ESG Explorer podcast.
