On February 4, 2025, Purolator announced the completion of its acquisition of Livingston International, an international trade services firm that is one of the largest customs brokers in North America and also specializes in global freight forwarding and trade consulting, from Platinum Equity.
Purolator is a leading integrated freight, package and logistics solutions provider with over 175 facilities in Canada and more than 30 branches in the United States.
