Daniel is an associate in the Financial Services Group at the Toronto office. His practice is focused on corporate debt financing, including domestic and cross-border lending, acquisition financing, asset-based lending, private credit, securitization, and project financing. Daniel initially joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and returned to complete his articles in 2023.
While obtaining his JD, Daniel co-founded the U of T Real Estate Law Society, led a research working group for the Future of Law Lab, interned at a legal tech firm, and served as a peer tutor and mentor.
Prior to law school, Daniel completed his HBA at the Ivey Business School and worked as a data and insights analyst at a Toronto-based e-commerce company.
