Valeska is a JD graduate from Queen’s University. She completed the International Business Law program at the Bader International Study Centre. Prior to law school, Valeska attended the Schulich School of Business at York University, where she obtained her International Bachelor of Business Administration.
Prior to joining Osler, Valeska worked as a legal intern for the Canadian Competition Bureau’s International Affairs Directorate, where she supported the negotiation of cooperation instruments. She also worked as a legal intern at Chemtrade Logistics Inc. Valeska joined Osler as a summer student in 2022.
While at Queen’s Law, Valeska served as the Assistant Managing Editor of Production for the Canadian Journal of Commercial Arbitration and participated in the International Trade Law Practicum.
