On May 13, 2024, Kyndryl announced the proposed sale by Kyndryl Canada of its Canadian Securities Industry Services, wealth and capital markets technology platform to Broadridge Financial Solutions. In connection with the sale, Kyndryl plans to offer managed services and capabilities to Broadridge Financial Solutions related to the Securities Industry Services business following completion of the sale.
