Dakota is an associate in Osler’s Real Estate group. He joined Osler as a summer student in 2020 and completed his articles at the firm from 2021 to 2022. Dakota has worked on a broad variety of commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage financings, commercial leasing, and the acquisition and disposition of real property.
Dakota completed his Juris Doctor at Queen’s University. While at law school, he was involved with Pro Bono Students Canada, served as the Head of Events for the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, acted as President of the Law Games Committee and received the Queen’s Law Prize in Constitutional Law. During his articling term, Dakota also served as a Chair for the Give a Night charity fundraising campaign.
