Amanda is an associate in the disputes department of our Montréal office. Her practice covers various aspects of civil and commercial litigation, class actions and medical liability. Amanda's practice has included representing large technology and retail companies in major class actions relating to the Québec Consumer Protection Act and manufacturing defects, as well as representing physicians before both civil courts and various disciplinary committees. Amanda has also contributed to writing the class action section of the 2019 edition of the Annual Review of Recent Developments in Business and Corporate Litigation published by the American Bar Association.
