Anaïs is an associate in Osler’s Montréal office and is a member of the firm’s Pensions and Benefits, Employment and Labour, and Disputes practice groups.
Her practice focuses on employment and labour law and pensions and benefits. She advises both unionized and non-unionized employers on a broad range of workplace matters, including employment-related disputes, statutory compliance, workplace policies and other employment-related documents, drafting and reviewing employment and consulting agreements, and the employment and labour aspects of corporate transactions. Anaïs represents clients before Québec courts and administrative tribunals. Her disputes practice includes corporate and commercial litigation, class action defence, and commercial real estate disputes.
Anaïs obtained a Bachelor of Laws from University of Montréal. She joined Osler in May 2023 as a summer student after completing her second year of law school and returned to complete her articling before joining the firm as an associate in December 2025.
During her studies, Anaïs completed a judicial internship at the Québec Superior Court with the Honourable Catherine Piché and worked as a legal research assistant with Professor Patrice Deslauriers in the areas of civil liability and civil law. Anaïs also attended the Stockholm University Summer Law Program, where she studied international arbitration and fashion intellectual property.
Anaïs is actively involved in Osler’s Community Legal Services Program.
