Anaïs is an associate in our Montréal office, cross-appointed to the Disputes department, as well as the Pension and Benefits, and the Employment and Labour groups.
Her practice primarily focuses on corporate and commercial disputes, class action defence, real estate disputes, employment and labour, and pensions and benefits.
Anaïs joined Osler in May 2023 as a summer student after completing her second year of law school at the University of Montréal. As part of her studies, she completed a research internship at the Québec Superior Court with the Honourable Catherine Piché, and was a research assistant with Professor Patrice Deslauriers in civil liability. Anaïs also attended the Stockholm University Summer Law Program in international arbitration and fashion intellectual property.
Anaïs is also actively involved in Osler’s Community Legal Services Program.

Corporate and Commercial Disputes
- Assists in commercial disputes involving contractual claims, as well as commercial real estate disputes.
- Contributes to the defence of consumer protection and privacy class actions.
- Advises unionized and non-unionized employers on a wide range of employment and labour matters, including employment-related disputes before Québec courts and administrative tribunals, compliance and advisory matters, and transactions.
- Assists with reviewing and preparing employment and consulting agreements, workplace policies, and other employment-related documents.
