Aya is a corporate, commercial and regulatory associate in Osler’s Health Industry group. Aya assists with providing strategic advice to health industry stakeholders in connection with corporate transactions and commercial agreements as well as providing regulatory opinions in connection with federal and provincial health and regulated product statutes.
Aya obtained her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Aya obtained a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the American University in Cairo, with a specialization in public international law. She joined the firm as an associate in 2024.
