Beth is the Transactions & Knowledge Management Clerk, Securities Supervisor with Osler Works – Transactional.
With over 25 years of experience as a law clerk, Beth has extensive experience in all aspects of general corporate law, with a focus on transactional work, including restructurings, share and asset purchase transactions, going-private and going-public transactions, roll-overs, and financing matters. She also has experience with incorporations and organizations, continuances, amalgamations and dissolutions. Beth also oversees the team of securities clerks at Osler, and substantially contributes to practice transformation initiatives for corporate services.
Osler Works – Transactional, our in-house ALSP for transactions, focuses on providing high quality work at a lower price by combining our team’s expert knowledge of complex transactions with cutting-edge processes and technologies that improve efficiencies and offer a host of business advantages. Osler Works – Transactional collaborates with other members of the firm to deliver services to clients, such as contract analysis and review (including due diligence), agreement generation and negotiation, closings, document automation, and compliance and entity management.
