Bryan is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. His practice focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate and commercial matters.
Bryan is a graduate of the J.D./B.C.L. program at McGill University. During law school, Bryan was a Director of the Legal Information Clinic at McGill and a participant of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
Bryan joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and completed his articles with the firm from 2021-2022.
