Bushra Nassab

Bushra is an associate in our disputes group. She maintains a general civil and commercial litigation practice, with a focus on securities litigation and class action defence. Bushra obtained her JD from the University of Windsor. During law school, Bushra participated in the Donald G.H. Bowman National Tax Moot and advanced to the semifinals, which placed her in the top 4 of 34 teams in Canada. Bushra also worked as a contract law Teaching Assistant during her 2L and 3L years, was an administrative law Research Assistant, and worked at the Career Services Office. Prior to joining Osler as a summer student in 2019, Bushra’s work experience was predominately in the government sector, having worked at Infrastructure Ontario, the Legislative Assembly of Ontario, and the Senate of Canada.
