Caelyn is an associate in Osler’s Emerging and High Growth Companies group. Her practice focuses on emerging companies, venture capital, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
Caelyn obtained her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she graduated with a cumulative academic average in the top 2% of her graduating class. During law school, Caelyn enjoyed her time working with numerous community outreach programs including the Osgoode Mediation Clinic, the Osgoode IP Innovation Clinic, Pro Bono Students Canada, Innocence Canada, and Law in Action Within Schools.
Prior to law school, Caelyn graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelors of Music, Honours Specialization in Voice Performance and a Masters of Music Education.
Caelyn joined the firm as a summer student in the summers of 2022 and 2023. She then completed her articling term with the firm from 2024-2025.
