Catherine Hart

Catherine is an associate in our Privacy and Data Management group. Her practice is focused on a wide range of privacy, data management and cybersecurity matters including assisting clients navigate privacy, anti-spam and related regulatory frameworks; responding to data breaches; assisting with regulatory investigations; addressing privacy issues that arise in a transactional context; and drafting privacy policies and operational documents. 

Catherine also has experience with intellectual property, technology and marketing and advertising matters and can support clients in respect of these areas of law. 

Prior to joining Osler, Catherine was an associate at a full-service law firm.
