Catherine oversees the management of the Montreal office’s administrative team, which includes nearly 80 legal assistants and administrative staff members.
In this role, she supports office operations and works closely with the Office Managing Partner, practice group managers, and all partners and legal professionals to address their administrative needs.
Prior to this role, Catherine led talent management for the Montreal office, overseeing all activities related to the recruitment, training, and professional development of lawyers.
Catherine began her career at Osler as an associate in the Montreal office’s Disputes group, before gaining senior in-house experience, including as Director, Legal Affairs, for a Canadian retail chain, and as a member of the legal teams of two major Canadian corporations.
