Chantal Silk

Chantal, a Law Clerk, is a member of Osler Works – Disputes. Her practice primarily focuses on construction litigation with an extensive background in commercial litigation matters.

Chantal assists with drafting pleadings, motion materials and other court documents, document review and compiling affidavits of documents, reviewing transcripts, preparing undertakings charts and compiling answers to undertakings, enforcement of judgments, including preparing and filing writs of seizure and sale and garnishments. Chantal has experience attending and preparing for trial, including liaising with the court, counsel and witnesses, preparing summons, notices, trial, documents and damages briefs, preparing virtual trial room, taking detailed notes during hearing, debriefing key information gathered daily and quick turnaround of supporting materials for submissions, including hyperlinking and uploading to Caselines.

Chantal has been working in commercial litigation since 2013.
