Christina is the Director, Legal Talent at Osler. In this role, Christina leads the operational talent management strategy for the engagement and progression of our associate lawyers.
Christina brings more than fifteen years of progressive experience in the legal industry, managing legal recruitment, integration, performance management, compensation, employee relations, coaching, career development and advancement of our legal professionals. Before joining Osler in 2008, Christina practised corporate/commercial and employment law at another large national law firm.
